According to Tuleina, the kuna medicine, basil is everyday medicine for everybody. Basil has the highest level of iron of any food item. Some of its amazing health benefits may be obtained simply by smelling its wonderful fragrance.
Basil contains about 35 times more iron than red meat. I have watched at least one basil miracle… a 70-year-old friend was written off for dead by the doctors and staff that explained to me that his hemoglobin level was beyond rescue. I called all of the organic farmers that I know and asked them to give me all of the fresh basil that they could. All were amazed that my friend’s hemoglobin shot back up and within days he signed himself out of the hospital, more than a year later he is stronger than ever.
Happiness happens when you fit with your life, when you fit so harmoniously that whatsoever you are doing is your joy. Then suddenly you will come to know: meditation follows you. If you love the work that you are doing, if you love the way you are living, then you are meditative.

Joy: The Happiness That Comes from Within
In Joy, Osho posits that to be joyful is the basic nature of life. Joy is the spiritual dimension of happiness, in which one begins to understand one’s intrinsic value and place in the universe. Accepting joy is a decision to “go with the flow,” to be grateful to be alive and for all the challenges and opportunities in life, rather than setting conditions or demands for happiness. The Insight for a New Way of Living series aims to shine light on beliefs and attitudes that prevent individuals from being their true selves. The text is an artful mix of compassion and humor, and readers are encouraged to confront what they would most like to avoid, which in turns provides the key to true insight and power.Joy is a wondrous investigation into the source and importance of joyfulness in our lives.
Courage: The Joy of Living Dangerously
Courage is not the absence of fear, says Osho. It is, rather, the total presence of fear, with the courage to face it. This book provides a bird’s-eye view of the whole terrain-where fears originate, how to understand them, and how to find the courage to face them. In the process, Osho proposes that whenever we are faced with uncertainty and change in our lives, it is actually a cause for celebration. Instead of trying to hang on to the familiar and the known, we can learn to enjoy these situations as opportunities for adventure and for deepening our understanding of ourselves and the world around us. Unlike books that focus on heroic acts of courage in exceptional circumstances, the focus here is on developing the inner courage that enables us to lead authentic and fulfilling lives on a daily basis. This is the courage to change when change is needed, the courage to stand up for our own truth, even against the opinions of others, and the courage to embrace the unknown in spite of our fears-in our relationships, in our careers, or in the ongoing journey of understanding who we are and why we are here. Courage also features meditation techniques designed by Osho to help people deal with their fears.
Being in Love: How to Love with Awareness and Relate Without Fear
In this thoughtful, provocative work, Osho challenges us to question what we think we know about love and opens us to the possibility of a love that is natural, fulfilling, and free of possessiveness and jealousy. Osho dares us to resist the unhealthy relationship patterns we’ve learned from those around us, and to rediscover the meaning of love for ourselves. “By the time you are ready to explore the world of love, you are filled with so much rubbish about love that there is not much hope for you to be able to find the authentic and discard the false.”
Biography
Rebellious and independent from the very childhood, he insisted on experiencing the truth for himself rather than acquiring borrowed knowledge from others’ belief systems.
He attained Enlightenment at the age of twenty one and went on to complete his education. He taught philosophy at the University of Jabalpur for many years. Meanwhile, he would meet people, address large gatherings and give talks traveling all over India.
Osho revived all the ancient spiritual traditions like Vedanta, Sankhya, Yoga, Tantra, Sufi, Hasid, Tao, Baul and Zen. Not only he revived all these traditions and spoke on great saints and masters like Krishna, Jesus, Buddha, Mahaveera, Shiva he developed his unique dynamic meditation techniques that help the modern man unburden his anxieties, stress through a deep cleansing process in order to achieve a relaxed state of meditation and ultimately – Enlightenment.
Osho spoke on almost every aspect of life not through an intellectual understanding but based on his own existential experience distilling the essence of what is significant to the spiritual growth of modern man. His talks are transcribed and published in over 600 volumes and translated into many languages. The meditation centers owing allegiance to him can be found all over the world.
In early 1970’s a commune started to emerge around him in Pune where many seekers came from around the world to meditate. This beautiful Buddhafield became the spiritual capital of the world. Osho traveled to USA and many other countries finally arriving in Pune commune in 1987 where he left his body on January 19, 1990.

An article by Rollin McCraty, Ph.D. Mike Atkinson, and Dana Tomasino, B.A, with commentary by Omar Moreno ND. The cellular biologist Dr. Glen Rein conceived the idea that DNA would be a good starting point from which to test the capacity of the healers ability to affect biological systems. This is due to the fact that DNA offers quantitative measures that are potentially more stable and trustworthy than cells or bacteria cultivations. He proved this model with various healers by asking them to hold test tubes in their hands while they created a healing environment, and he got a few positive indicators that the state of conformation in the DNA changed when exposed to these environments.

Summary:
The cellular biologist Dr. Glen Rein conceived the idea that DNA would be a good starting point from which to test the capacity of a healer’s ability to affect biological systems.
PATTERNS OF CARDIAC RHYTHM AND EMOTIONS
The rhythmic beat of a resting heart is not monotonously regular. It varies dynamically from one moment to another. The variation of cardiac rhythm (VRC or HRV), and the derivate from the electrocardiogram (ECG), is a measure of these natural changes. This is the beating of the cardiac frequency, and it has been demonstrated to be particularly valuable for studying the physiology of emotions. The analysis of HRV, or cardiac rhythm, provides us with a far-reaching and non-invasive way to measure the neuro-cardiac function. This function reflects the interactions between the heart and brain and the dynamics of the autonomous nervous system. These systems are particularly sensitive to changes in emotional states. Specifically, we have found that when patients are experiencing negative emotions such as rage, frustration, or anxiety, the cardiac rhythm is more erratic and disordered. This indicates less synchronization in terms of the reciprocal action within the sympathetic and parasympathetic branches of the autonomous nervous system (SNA or ANS). In contrast, sustained positive emotions, such as gratefulness, love, and compassion are associated with very ordered and coherent patterns in the heart rhythm. This reflects a higher synchronization between the two branches of the Autonomous Nervous System. The term Cardiac Coherence originates from this synchronization.
CARDIAC ELECTROMAGNETISM
The electromagnetic field generated by the heart is the most powerful rhythmic electromagnetic field produced by the body. The heart’s field impregnates each cell and can act as a synchronization signal for all the cells in the body. This process is analogous to the information transported by radio waves. The rhythmic, electromagnetic energy pulses generated by the heart create fields and provide a place for interference patterns when they interact with tissues or substances that are magnetically polarizable. Other studies made in our labs have indicated that the electromagnetic field of the heart can be detected by other individuals. It can also produce physiologically relevant effects in a person standing more than a meter and a half away. Our data shows that the heart’s electromagnetic field becomes more organized during positive emotional states (coherent heart), potentially raising its capacity to impact surrounding tissues within the endogenous or exogenous (in other people) systems.
THE THEORY OF HEART’S INTELLIGENCE
The theory of heart’s intelligence was proposed by Dr. Childre (the creator of the Heartmath Institute). It explains that an energetic connection, or gathering of information through resonance mechanisms, is produced between the superior dimensional structures maintained in the numeric emptiness (organized in a holographic way) as well as the physical DNA in our cells. These structures with larger dimensions propose the communication of DNA information, guiding the cellular organization and differentiation, as well as the establishment of limits in an individual organism’s capacity to vary in its physical, mental, and emotional domain.
In our physical body, DNA molecules in each cell act as “antennas” and modulators tuned to the organization of such a field. At the macroscopic level, the molecules of individual DNA are attached through an “energetic connection” in the form of conventional magnetic fields. These are organized into patches of overlapped cells. As a result, there are nets of cell groups that form an energetic system. In this model, the electromagnetic field produced by the heart also acts as a link and synchronizes the body’s cells. It effectively works and modulates, carrying waves that organize the high level regulatory functions of the body’s energetic system. In this way, the heart provides an energetic field that unifies the entire system. This theory also proposes that the heart serves as a password access point through which information coming from the superior dimensional structures are gathered in the human physical system. Here, the coherence states of the heart are generated through positive emotions that create this effect.
Our premise brings about the attachment of the superior dimension structures. In simpler terms, the Superior Being or Spirit (positive feelings and thoughts). From here, a top-to-bottom process can be initiated, which enables an intentional change in the conforming state of a molecule of DNA.
The theory of heart intelligence predicts that the individuals capable of maintaining the state of coherence will have more attachment to the superior dimensional structures. Therefore, they will be more capable of producing changes in their DNA.
Dr. Omar Moreno’s Comments:
In earlier times, the influence of external stimulation on the body was recognized. Science has called this the “Psychosomatic effect”. We have often seen that when a patient gets stressed, angry, or scared, they can suffer conditions ranging from gastritis to a heart attack or a stroke. We are currently seeing extremely fast changes in climate and technology. Furthermore, work as well as commercial and academic competitions are often accompanied by emotional human shocks. This new reality means that harmony, spirituality, and mental peace are all-the-more necessary.
The Pentalogy focuses on these aspects of the DEAR system by indicating the need for physiological benefits brought about by mind exercises, positive feelings and actions. These are accomplished through the principles of “Therapeutic Spiritualization” proposed by DEARsys. These principles of therapeutic spiritualization consist of helping the conscious mind to create a subconscious habit of stabilization to reactions to external stimulation. The ultimate goal is to diminish the negative effects and increase positive gains in the different organic systems. This can include – as we have seen in this article – the ability of cardiac coherence to generate beneficial conditions for DNA. It is important to add this model for your body’s care and environment through food, and by focusing on your genetics and rheumatic rings. You should also focus on the condition of your metabolic processes, organs, and body systems. These are an important part of your lifestyle. They are needed to create integral health in you and those around you.
Within this article about DNA modulation and conformation focused on the heart, another additional factor is outlined. This emphasizes the need for lifestyle changes proposed by the DEAR System. All of the above indicate that we are – through our feelings, thoughts and actions – the architects of both our own DNA, and our own future. If you have not learned about the DEAR system yet, I would encourage you to read our website and to visit us at: http://www.dearsys.com
May God always bless you and illuminate your life.
